Carers and Companions
We offer one complimentary companion ticket for guests who require support during their visit. This applies when a guest presents recognised documentation confirming their eligibility. The guest with a disability, along with any additional members of their party, will be required to pay the standard admission fee. Documentation must be shown at the ticket office when collecting or purchasing tickets and should include valid photo ID of the named recipient.
Accepted proof includes, but is not limited to: a Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter, Attendance or Carer’s Allowance documentation, a valid Blue Badge, a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI), or a CredAbility Access Card displaying the +1 symbol.
Some attractions allow you to pre-book a companion ticket online, while others may only issue them in person on the day—please check the attraction’s specific procedures in advance.
